Thyroxine dose may require adjustment. PBS and Iron studies recommended.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on Ask A Doctor forum.
I have gone through your blood reports.
Thyroid function test (TFT) shows normal TT4 and TT3 but slightly raised TSH.
The dose of thyroixine may require slight increase.
I suggest you to consult your treating physician for clinical assessment, review of reports and thus adjustment of dose.
The complete blood count (CBC) report shows low hemoglobin and low RBC indices - MCV and MCH.
I suggest you to get peripheral blood smear (PBS) examination to look for type of anemia.
Iron studies may also be added to assess the iron stores.
In case PBS shows microcytic hypochromic picture and iron stores are also low then iron supplements may be required.

Thanks and take care
