Question: My mother 79 years old has been advised to take Orofer FCM Inj as her hemoglobin has dropped to 6.1. Since she is also a patient of Rheumatoid Arthritis thus any extra precaution is required /

There is no specific precaution needed. Orofer FCM can be administered as an undiluted injection, directly into the vein or it can be diluted with sodium chloride 0.9% solution and given as infusion directly into the vein. I prefer the latter.
