Question : My mother age of 60 years was knocked on ear by door two days back, she still feel some pain (bearble) in the inner part of ear.

It could be a contusion only. Fracture or internal injury is very unlikely.
As of now you can use over the counter available analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
You can wait few more days for spontaneous recovery.
