Is there any pain from the back of the neck that increases in bending neck forwards or sideways?

Any chest pain? Any difficulty Breathing?

There is possibility of cervical spondylitis which can cause pressing of nerve and these symptoms.

No.its not there.but she feels very sleepy after taking medicine

Hi

Yes there's a medicine Zerodol which has been prescribed. It can cause drowsiness and sleepiness.

It is the pain killer. If she is feeling very slepy with it then can change that medicine to only Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day for 5 days after meals, maintaining good hydration and no kidney problems.
