Question : My mother is 66 years old and she had severe lower abdominal pain and she is advised to take Ct Scan and it is found that she had endometrial thickness of 10 mm and she is having loose stool and fever too. I have also given that issue for biopsy and waiting. And I have taken another scan on Monday and thickness of endometrial is increased to 23 mm.

We need to wait for the biopsy report to come.Accordingly the decision has to be taken .Need to rule out malignancy , as her age is 62.
If no malignancy she may be managed with medicines.
