Question: My name is Nikitha. AGE 26, Weight 71.35kgs. BMI 28.8. I had been confirmed pregnant and I would like to know pregnancy weekly diet plan. Can you please suggest some good diet plan for healthy pregnancy.

During the initial days of pregnancy one should avoid these particular food items like

1. Papaya or Raw papaya
2. Pineapple
3. Tulsi leave
4. Aloe Vera or it’s juice
5. Fenugreek seed
6. Junk food
7. Too spicy or salty food
8. Raw eggs or half

Rest you can eat anything you like to. Also remember to have small frequent and healthy priests in rich diet.

There can be slight weight loss initially don’t worry for that. Also go for regular morning walk and keep yourself hydrated.
