                                    Brief Answer:
It doesn't seem to be serious damage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have read your query.
As a Neurosurgeon in a trauma hospital, I see a lot of kids hitting their heads.
That high of falling in most cases does not cause any serious damage.
Furthermore, brain injury is very unlikely since your niece didn't lose consciousness, and she didn't have any nausea or vomiting.
In my opinion, you should monitor her for a few hours.
If any vomiting or lethargy, etc. you should get her to the hospital.
For the bump, you can use ice on it for 5 minutes every half an hour.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
