My Partner And I Were Involved In Foreplay 4 Months

Question: My partner and I were involved in foreplay 4 months ago. I have had my periods every month after that. But my last cycle was shorter than usual. So I took 3 home pregnancy tests and all came negative. Is the accurate or should I go ahead and take a blood test also?
