Question : My partner had a miscarriage at 10 weeks, how long will HcG be in her system for? and how long will it be detectable by a home pregnancy test?

Urine pregnancy tests may be positive for two weeks.

I read your query and here is my advice.

The BHcg will remain in system for as long as 3- 4 weeks. It can be detectable in urine home test for 2 weeks. She may do BHcg blood test to check it and may check the drop of BHcg in 3-4 days.
Also an ultrasound can be done after two weeks to check it.
