Question : My penis foreskin seems like tight. means it is not going backward. When I tried with some force the skin got cracked and feels a bit pain, suspecting got some infection. Yesterday I used a toilet of a restaurant which looks clean but not sure whether it was hygienic but due to high pressure I used. Kindly suggest the way forward.

You can apply a steroidal cream
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
There seems to be some balanitis. I will suggest that we get checked for any local infection with swab test and get treated accordingly. If bacterial infection is not found, then miconazole cream (anti-fungal) maybe effective.
If it does not heal then circumcision will be the best method of treatment.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
