Question : I am 47 years old and have high blood pressure for which I daily take exforge 10/160mg . I recently took zotreem power plus to lose weight.I took one pill per day and stopped at the 11th days and didn’t finish the 30 days pills. I stopped because I realized that I lost my libido and my erection is not as it used to be . My penis suddenly look very small. Is the side effect of the zotreem can be the cause of this erecting problem and lost of libido

While loss of libido and erectile dysfunction are not a known side effect of zotreem power plus, there is still much that is not known about this medication and those like it, and I would strongly suspect that is the cause of these side effects. Zotreem has been harmful effects, and as part of how it works to help lose weight, I would expect that it constricts blood vessels, which can interfere with erections. It may take several days to weeks for your body to return to normal after you stop using it, but I would expect your sexual function to return to what it was before taking it.
