                                    Brief Answer:
Delayed periods
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Kindly provide more details about your previous cycles regularity, age, weight height, married or sexually active etc.
If your cycles were regular before, and sexually active an urine pregnancy test may be done with early morning urine sample to rule out pregnancy.
If not an ultrasound scan may be useful along with few hormonal tests.
Are you on any medications?
Feel free to ask your doubts.
Regards
