Brief Answer:
USG, feedback,, pre conception counseling.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
I welcome you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

Sorry to hear about your previous pregnancy loss. But let's look forward for healthy pregnancy ahead.
Usually, it's is advisable to get pre pregnancy counseling down and start with necessary precautions in advance befoe getting pregnant.

In my opinion, if you are expecting pregnancy and or if you are trying to get pregnant then please wait for 4 to 6 days for the onset of periods.
If you still do not get your periods then get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
In case of any doubt, blood beta HCG test and USG can be done.

I would like to know about few things in detail.
1. Do you have regular menstrual periods?
2. Have you got USG report done recently?
3. Any other medical tests down before?

Please feel free to communicate with me again.
I hope this answer helps you

Thanks.

Medicines, USG report

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back to me.
If this kind of nausea is there for the first time, I will suggest you to take Pantoprazole and Domperidone combination tablet as needed.
Lower abdominal pain can be tackled by takeing Hyoscine tablet.

Please fget USG report done to rule out any structural pathology.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
