Hello

As per the details mentioned by you, I would like to tell you that the size of the aorta is increasing at a significant pace which might require surgical intervention in the future.

You should discuss this issue with you treating cardiologist and I believe he might have already discussed this possibility with you.

The medications which you are currently taking are fine and the most important thing is the adequate blood pressure control which will further prevent the complications.
