Exoskeleton may help in such cases.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
Exoskeleton for the disabled individuals is a possible solution that may help them to walk by means of robotics.
It is useful in people with lower limb disabilities whose hands and shoulders can support crutches or a walker.
Unfortunately, other treatment possibilities are confined to physical therapy and rehabilitation.
So, if you can afford the exoskeleton it may be useful in such case.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
