My Sister Has Been Having Breathing Issues When Exposed To Cold Weather

Question: Hello Doctor, my sister has been having breathing issues hence we contacted a doctor and did a blood test which showed higher levels of Eosinophils. Attached is the blood test report. Doctor has been told not to get exposed to cold weather and recommended to use montelukast sodium and Levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets for 6 months. This sounds funny but she has read few articles on web and afraid of Cancer, we are going to get tested for that as well but I was hoping for second opinion and also may be recommendations on how to reduce Eosinophils count. I've attached blood test report. Thank you.
