My Skin Near The Neck Area Has Small Brown Colored Spots

Question: My skin near the neck area has some changes recently. i could see lot of small brown colored spots.
I dont get any itching though.

Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
You seem to have developed a superficial fungal infection called as Pityriasis Versicolor.
Apply clotrimazole lotion twice daily for a month over affected area.
Use ketoconazole soap whike taking bath over affected area.
Drink cleaner water.

You can use suncros sunscreen lotion in morning and tyrodin lotion in night.
This will help in reducing tanning.
