Thanks for asking,

Abdominal pain can be due to many conditions. It can be due to Appendicitis, Kidney/ureteric stone, Worm infestation, etc.

Ultrasound abdomen should be done first.

Cyclopam is used in spasmodic pain. Its syrup can be given 5ml twice daily. But, please do not give it without a doctor's advice as it has few side effects.

Please consult a Doctor and proceed further.
