This is probably torticollis

Detailed Answer:
Hello...

By what you say, I feel that your son is having muscle spasm on the side of the neck called torticollis in medical terms.

As of now, you can give him Ibuprofen 100 to 200 mg based on his weight every 8 hourly once.

The dose is 10 milligrams per kg per dose.

If he is not better in 48 to 72 hours then please take him to his pediatrician.
