Question : He's Complaining that he's unable to pass urine. But there's urine sensation.

Hello,

From your description it seems to be some obstruction in urethra. Since when is this happening? If the obstruction is from long time or complete then it may affect his kidneys. In such a case, an urgent consultation with a surgeon is needed. He may advise ultrasound of kidney, ureter and bladder and other tests as required.
