Kindly send details of the pain like exact location, how bad is it, what makes it worse, what makes it better, any other symptoms?
Management depends on cause of symptom.
An ultrasound abdomen and X ray of spine maybe needed accordingly. It is better to get evaluated by Surgeon.
Meanwhile he can take a tablet Ibuprofen 200 mg upto 2 times a day for pain relief.
