Hi,

I understand and empathize with the problem. At this point, the primary aim will be to provide immediate pain relief. I would suggest using warm sitz bath with epsom salt. In addition using topical agents like preparation H and laxatives will benefit him.

In the interim, I would also consider visiting a doctor / surgeon for careful clinical and per rectal examination. Future course of management will be decided after evaluation.
