Question : My son is 9 month old with 10kg weight
He has all of sudden this started.. his poop is not watery also

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached image. I can see that your child has perianal excoriations. You need to avoid diapers and keep the area clean and dry. Apply some powder and also apply some moisturisers like Happy-nap cream. Such rashes have occurred due to the remnant moisture in the diapers. Keeping the area clean and dry will help in resolution.
