Please let me know, how old he is?
Does he have cough, cold, sore throat, burning sensation during urination or rashes over body?
For detailed clinical examination, I would suggest you to consult with pediatrician/physician.
He may procure complete hemogram, RT PCR test for covid, peripheral smear for malaria, Dengue NS1 antigen, Urine examination and may prescribe antibiotics as per evaluation.
Till then you can give tablet or syrup paracetamol 10 to 15 mg/kg/dose for three times a day. Continue cold sponging. Keep him hydrated. Give soft diet.
