Hi, he says it really does not itch bad. He just noticed it tonight but it could have been like that for awhile. He is 9 so he really does not check himself.

I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g either triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream or mometasone furoate 0.1 % cream twice daily for a few days. These are prescription medications. He may take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine syp if it is itchy.
