Question: My stomach has been bad since yesterday, my stomach keeps choking and I have a fever.

Tab. Dolo 650 mg for fever.
Tab. Brufen twice a day for stomach pain.
Tab. Oflox TZ 200 mg twice daily for 3 days

Have soft bland diet. Avoid oily and spicy food.
Drink adequate fluids, 2 to 3 lts per day.
