Gastritis and vitamin B12 deficiency possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
According to your symptoms you may be suffering from gastritis, inflammation of stomach mucosal lining. This is probably the cause of hyperacidity and weakness.
This inflammation of the stomach lining causes thinning of it and lowers the absorption of vitamin B12 causing deficiency. This vitamin B12 deficiency causes also weakness and disorientation.
It is good idea to use Pepto-Bismol and you can use ranitidine or omeprazole too.
You should also do a total blood count.
Take vitamin B supplements for vitamin B12 deficiency.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
 You are welcome.
