Question : My testicals and the connecting chords hurt bad right now. It’s the second time this week. I am not sexually active but I just completed a steroid cycle a week ago. The pain subsides dramatically when I sit but my testicals are tender along with the connecting parts. When I message the pain disappears for around 30 seconds. What’s wrong with me?

The most probable cause of testicle pain is infection or inflammation of tests and epididymis.
You may need to do a urine analysis to check for infection. It can be Orchiepididymitis.
Antibiotics may be needed.

An ultrasound of testicle also may be done.
