Question : My throat hurts when I swallow. My head hurts when I move my eyes or head around.

As per your history, it may be due to tonsillitis. Headache may be due to sinusitis.

Still please let me know,
Do you have any other symptoms cold/runny nose, cough with yellow /green phlegm, fever, giddiness on head movement?

In that case I would suggest you to consult with ENT specialist for detailed clinical examination. He may procure/prescribe complete hemogram, chest X Ray, throat swab and antibiotics as per evaluation.

Till then continue Saline or Betadine gargles twice a day. Take steam inhalation. For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Keep your self hydrated.
