The symptoms looks like viral pharyngitis.
You can do Betadine throat gargling 3 times a day for 3 days along with Tab.Combiflam 1 tablet 2 times a day for 2 days.

If symptoms worsen or any fever is seen then you would need a dose of antibiotics which can be prescribed by your local doctor.
