Based on the facts and reports that you have uploaded your uncle has been detected to have a simple cyst in prostate with all other tests results are reported to be normal .Simple cyst in prostate (Utricle Cyst) is usually congenital in origin and benign in nature .There is nothing to be worried about it as long as he does not have any symptoms .One has to just monitor the cyst at frequent intervals of every year by doing Ultrasound Scanning just to observe for any change in size ,infection etc .

Thank for the response.

In his case this cyst is not congenital because it was not present when we did his health checkup last year. However, last time report was showing enlarged prostate for which doctor told nothing to worry.

Also, his cholesterol level looks high. Do you have any advise on it please?
