My Wife Aborted A Baby In 6th Month Of Her
Question: My wife aborted a baby in 6th month of her pregnancy due to cervical incompetence.
She had a stitch (cervical circlage operation done) in 5th month and said we will have a 40-60% chance of salvaging the baby. Unfortunately we could not save and had to abort it.
Now how long should we wait to plan for our pregnancy again and why will this happen and what are the causes of cervix being weak?

When we had our first baby in January 2015 my wife took pains from 11:00 PM to 02:00 AM midnight and since the baby head was big we had to go for "C" section operation and then have the baby delivered so do you think that could be a reason for this cervix being weak ?
