Question : My wife and I just got back from a trip and we caught this cough, cold and aches. Perhaps it is start of the flu. I had a fever yesterday of 101, but took tylenol and it is normal today,

My wife thinks we should take some Tamiflu. What do you think?

Also, take Levocetirizine and paracetamol combination twice daily for symptomatic relief.

Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.

Don't worry, both of you should be alright with all these in 5-7 days.
