                                            Question : my wife got burnt with boiling milk on the stomach on Monday 03/08/20. The skin peeled off immediately and now its a wound. She has been putting Silverex ointment. Has also been taking Augmentin 625, thrice a day. there is a boil and skin would with reddishness all around it. Wound is almost 4-6 inches in diameter. PL advise. 3 pics attached. 7159 is immediate after burn, 7174 is 2 days old, 7252 is yesterday

- montair FX night
- nebuliser morning and SOS

According to your complaints you need to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines.
I would recommend her to take tablet linezolid 600 mg twice daily for 7 days and tablet containing combination of serratiopeptidase and Diclofenac ( tablet lyser D) twice daily for 5 days.
Also apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream on the affected area twice daily.
Continue for 1 week and revert.
