Thank you for the query..I understand your concern.
An amputed finger wound takes 2-3 weeks for healing,provided there is enough skin to cover the wound....in case it's an open wound chances of infection increases.
pain,sensitivity of the wound remain for a
longer time .
But to have infection with fever is not OK...it needs medical attendence.You need to-
-Consult your doctor for needful antibiotic prescribtion- & proper dressing advice.
-In case she has diabetes...a good dietic & medlicinal control is a must under guidance of her diabetologist.
-Vitamin C ,,D, B complex &others as per your health needs would Hassen the healing.
