My Wife Has Had Stomach Distress For Some Time Now,

Question: My wife has had stomach distress for some time now, reference her dashboard and your latest answer to my query. I have a related question. She tried four times to get her DNA tested through Ancestry and they all failed and had to be redone. We were wondering if the bad taste she has had is any way related to her saliva problem. Her saliva does seem rather sticky or viscous but not plentiful. That is she had a hard time generating enough saliva for the test.

Brief Answer:
Maybe a problem related to her salivary glands

Detailed Answer:
Hi Vbill77,

It is difficult to say, but the symptoms you describe could indicate a problem with her salivary glands, e.g. an infection or salivary gland stones. It could also be a more systemic problem like an autoimmune disease. Has she been examined for this?

Best wishes. Looking forward to hearing from you again.
