My Wife Has Some Complaint About Eye Dryness

Question : My wife has some complaint about eye dryness. 6 months back she felt excessive dryness of eyes and used Refresh eye drops for a month. It felt better. Since last 2 months the eyes are lil itchy and dryness is there though not like previously. She is putting refresh drops for the last month around 3 times a day.

What should we do next ?

Hey thanks for the question. It does sound like dry eyes but dryness can have many causes and sometimes be due to hormonal imbalances also for which she needs to be tested . Secondly depending upon level of dryness we prescribe drops of more strength. Hope my answer helps you . Regards
