Hello,

Does she have history of trauma or injury to left hand or swelling in the left hand?

In that case, I would suggest you to go to do X ray and ultrasound Doppler of left hand after orthopaedic surgeon consultation. I don’t think it may be due to Covid vaccine.

Otherwise, it may be due to muscle sprain. For that you can take muscle relaxant tablet containing chlorxozaxone and aceclofenac after orthopaedic surgeon consultation.

Along with that you can use volini spray locally. Please give rest to hand.
