Question : My wife is 6 weeks pregnant. She seems to have fever, but when I check with thermometer, it's around 98.8 F. Please suggest on below.
1 - Is it safe to take Paracetamol for fever ? would it have any affect on baby ?
2 - She is tired most of the times and need rest most of the time. She is currently working in an MNC, which required long sitting. could you advise exercise, nutrition/diet to improve her health. Also, being this tired is normal during this time ?
3 - Is it safe to travel by train in coming 2 weeks ? what precautions should we take ?
