Question : My wife is breastfeeding our 1.5 year old daughter. What antibiotics is recommended if she has HPylori infection . Kindly advice

No baby can't have it through breast milk.

Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

1)Amoxicillin 1000 mg twice daily
2)Clarytromycin 500mg twice daily
3)Esomeprazole 40 mg twice daily for 21 days.
All are safe in breast feeding mother.
