Question : My wife is extremely alergic to any and all chemicals used in cleansers, hair sprays, deodorants on and on. She is also alergic to many outdoor plants and or trees and thinks she is alergic to eggs and wheat.
She is very sick with a horrible back issue but to scared to go see a doctor as the odors immediately put her into coughing and chocking.
What can she do.\

Hello dear,

I am sorry to hear that your wife is in pain.
As per the allergy, I recommend to use antihistamines such as Loratadine 10mg to relieve the allergy symptoms.
In case of breathing difficulties she may need steroid injections, which can be done in the emergency room.
To treat the back pain she may use painkiller such as Ibuprofen 600 mg.
She may also do gentle stretching exercises for relief.
If the pain continues, she may need a prescription painkillers such as Oxycodone.
In this case, it is needed a consult with the neurologist.
