Question : My wife is having problems with slow blood circulation to her head. Her doctor in China said that this is due to neck vein expansion. The problem is not constant. But, 2-3 times each week she has some dizziness. Is there some medication or therapy she can try?

Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I understand your concern and would explain that taking daily baby aspirin and a lot of fluids can help improve the blood circulation in the brain.
GinkGo supplements can help improve the blood mircrocirculation to the brain too.
During dizziness episodes, I would recommend adding dimenhydrinate or meclizine to her therapy for short periods of time!
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Wishing all the best,
