Question : My wife is suffering from cold, cough and fever. Also is sneezing frequently. Need advice on medication since is she lactating and feeding a 3 month old baby.

If the fever is high and from more than 2 days ,she may need antibiotics as she is breast feeding.That has to be taken after a direct check up.
Now she can take TAB.cetrizine 1mg 1 daily for cold and parcparacetamol for fever.
