Question: My wife missed period from 3 days and feeling abdominal pain in right lower side. We did home urine pregnancy test but it was negative. So when should we test next time? and when to see doctor?

Well, if the pain is persisting she definitely needs a Gynec check-up along with a few basic investigations i.e. CBC, KFT, Urine routine microscopy, and culture sensitivity to ascertain the actual diagnosis...management will be mostly depending on the cause...

Please go ahead and get her thoroughly checked up by the Gynecologist and proceed accordingly...
