I read your query and here is my advice.
I think that she should get further evaluated because there are certain conditions for these symptoms.
She should get tested for diabetes testing fasting glucose levels and HBA1C.
Also the total blood count and iron levels may be done to check for iron deficiency anemia which may cause it.
If these tests are normal then she may be at first days of a viral infection.
