Question: Nausea and vomiting during first trimester of pregnancy.. Lost of appetite.. Also have pain in stomach upper left quadrant at times, along with burps.. Please suggest medication.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
Nausea and vomiting with bloating and distaste is common in first trimester of pregnancy. This can be controlled by taking TAB DOXINATE x 1-1-1 x 2weeks ( this has doxylamine 10mg), which is an anti-emetic safe in pregnancy. This has to be taken empty stomach , 1/2 hr before food intake, at every 8 hrs.
