Brief Answer:
As explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

I have gone through the reports. Everything is good. Cholesterol is borderline and there is vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency.

Nothing to worry. Diet and lifestyle modification should help. Avoid salty and oily food. Brisk walking for 30 minutes every day.

Avoid red meat, butter, alcohol and smoking if you do. Eat fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts and dates. They help to increase good cholesterol and reduce bad cholesterol.

For vitamin D3 deficiency you can take vitamin d3 supplements.
Cap. Drise 60,000 IU once a week for 12 weeks

For vitamin B12, you can take Tab. Neurobion forte once daily after food for 30 days.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further if any.
Regards.

Thanks a lot Doctor! This is very much helpful.

Thankfully I have been having pure vegetarian diet and don't smoke nor consume any alcohol.

Recently I have started including homemade ghee in diet.
Also I started consuming 2 Cheese slices once in 2 or 3 days. Do you recommend me to avoid them too?

One more question including the above one.
We use homemade coconut oil for Sautéing and cooking. Also we mostly make sambar after grinding coconut which I have almost everyday.
Do you think I should avoid this too?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Yes you can continue homemade ghee and coconut oil in your diet. They are good fats. Cheese slices are also healthy when taken in small quantities.

There is no need to avoid them. Just add in some exercises into your daily routine.

I hope this helps. Do feel free to discuss if any.
