I have gone through your query and understand your concern. As far as treatment for teeth alignment is concerned treatment option can be orthodontics fixed treatment that is putting braces on teeth or you can go for fixed crowns in anterior teeths if there is less malocclusion or when there is no skeletal discrepancies. Fixed crown treatment is possible if there is less discrepancies like proclination or cross bite or deep bite
