Brief Answer:
Listing the abnormal parameters below
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
I am listing the abnormal parameters in the report here:
RBC Count high is not of concern
ESTIMATED AVERAGE GLUCOSE(EAG) 116.9 High is not of concern for now.
CREATININE 0.53 Low is of no concern. If it was high then it would indicate kidney problem.
CHOLESTEROL LDL 142 High . For this you may avoid the high calorie foods like cream, butter, milk shakes, cakes, cookies, chocolates, sweets, etc. Regular exercise for 20-30 min daily will also help. Currently medicine is not required to lower it.
Urine test suggest urinary tract infection, but a bacteria has not been isolated. Do you have any symptoms? Drink clean water.
VITAMIN B12 180.0 Low . You may take Vitamin B12 supplements regularly in the dose of 1000 to 1500 mcg per day
25 - HYDROXYVITAMIN D 10.25 Low . You may take Arachitol Nano solution one bottle every two weeks for 3 months
IRON 30 Low . You may take iron supplements like Haem up or dexorange syrup once a day with juice or water for 1-2 months. Rinse the teeth after taking the dose.
Although a details diet chart is not required for you at this time, if you still need it, you may raise a diet chart request from your dashboard and one of our dieticians will help you with it.
Regards,
Dr Vaishalee

Can i avoid night shift for some days. I am facing lot of acidity and left side below abdominal pain. and some times feeling dizziness.
Brief Answer:
Shift work can cause some health issues
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
If there are change in shift times regularly, e.g some days you are working daytime and other days you are working night time, then it can cause symptoms like inadequate sleep and insomnia, dizziness, changes in eating patterns leading to acidity and indigestion, stress leading to high blood pressure, anxiety and other mental health issues. So it is desirable to be in one shift. Preferably sleep with sunset and wake with sunrise.
If you are facing health issues, you can request the management at work to adjust your shift times accordingly.
