Question : need help to cure gastic issues and constipation. facing the problem since past 1 week. had only home cook food before the problem started. used isabgol and it didn't help.

You can take Laxative like SYP CREMAFFIN PLUS 15 ml in the night after food for a period of 7 days.

Continue home cooked food and include good amount of fruits and vegetables.

Stop Isabgol for now.
